Judges Judy & Jerry Sheindlin | 43 Years

People say it’s almost impossible when two lawyers fall in love, given that they have busy schedules in and out of the courtroom. Well, Judges Judy and Jerry Sheindlin beg to disagree, as they managed to be together for over 40 years.

The pair met in the mid-1970s at a bar where Jerry was interviewed. At the time, Judy was a prosecutor, and he was working on another case. Jerry recalled that when Judy came in, she immediately caught his attention. On the other hand, the Judge Judy star recalled feeling “so crazy” about him after they first met and even said that she would’ve married him right away! The couple tied the knot in 1977, briefly split in 1990, and got back together a year later. Both have said they learned many things in the process of separating from each other, but that only made their bond stronger.
