Serena Williams | Born 1981
In the late ‘90s, Serena Williams caught the world’s attention by becoming one of the most exciting tennis athletes of all time, not only by her athleticism but because she excelled in a sport dominated by white players. Aside from being an exceptional tennis player, Williams is known for her outgoing personality and her striking good looks, which are complemented by her unique fashion sense. In 1999, she took credit for being the second black woman to win a Grand Slam title (which consists of the Australian Open, French Open, and the U.S. Open) after Althea Gibson.
At 39 years old, Williams is devoting her time as a mother to Olympia. In January, her husband, Alexis Ohanian, and Olympia were spotted cheering for her when she competed in A Day at the Drive exhibition tournament in Australia. It’s obvious how much Williams is doting on her daughter, as witnessed by her fans on Instagram!
