Zayn Malik | Born 1993

Zayn Malik already had an inkling of stardom at 17 years old when he competed in the talent show The X Factor. The judges of the show grouped him together with fellow competitors Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Harry Styles, forming the boy band One Direction. After the show, the group became one of the most sought out boy bands in the history of music. However, in 2015, Malik left the group and pursued a solo career.

In 2016, Malik released his debut single Pillowtalk, which takes credit for hitting the top spot on the Billboard charts. He also released I Don’t Want to Live Forever in the same year, which ranked 1st on the Digital Songs chart. Malik, 28, is devoting much of his time to fatherhood while having just released his third solo album, Nobody is Listening in January 2021.
