The young and upcoming star Timothée Chalamet has captivated the hearts of viewers through his role in Call Me By Your Name, where he portrays a 17-year old Elio Perlman who is in the throes of an identity crisis. Chalamet’s luminous degree of acting secured him an Academy Award nomination, making him the youngest actor to be recognized in this category after 19-year-old Mickey Rooney’s feat in the 1939 film Babes in Arms. Aside from the aforementioned nomination, Chalamet was also the recipient of a Screen Actors Guild Award and the best actor award from the Los Angeles Film Critics Association. The young actor has notable appearances in movies such as Interstellar, Lady Bird, and The King.

The 25-year old actor was seen at Cannes having quite a good time with the actress Tilda Swinton. During a standing ovation, Tilda stuck her seat name on Chalamet’s back when they embraced and turned him to face the cameras.
