Ron Howard | Born 1954
Ron Howard is one of the most celebrated directors in Hollywood today. He started out as a child actor in shows like The Twilight Zone, The Cheyenne Show, and The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis. It was in Happy Days that he became famous. He was able to reprise his role during the show’s reunion in 1992 and in 2005. He was later inducted into the Television Hall of Fame for his contributions to television.
Later on, Howard turned his sights to directing in 1977 with Grand Theft Auto. He got a big break as a director when he worked on the film Night Shift. With the success that he got in filming the movie, Howard continued to churn up more major films that, to his credit, were box-office hits like Cocoon, Apollo 13, A Beautiful Mind, and In the Heart of the Sea. The award-winning director is still busy to this day, which means that we will see more of his works.
